So i've been wondering , can i fit tomatoes,carrots,cucumbers in a cutting diet? I read that tomato and carrot have high sugar in them according to caloriecounter, but i really like to eat those. Also could u guys suggest me some more veggies that fit into cutting diet? (I might have overreacted a bit on this,but since i live alone and cook it all by myself , I'm really trying to give 110% in that diet). Oh , and i still need to learn to cook a little better..spinach and things like that![]()
