    Cycle 2 adjustments

    Hi everyone,

    Looking for some help. I'm on my second cycle and I kind of started it in a rush because I'll be moving countries in about 10 weeks and I wanted to get my cycle in before I move. Here's my cycle:

    Current cycle
    Sustanon 250 - 250mg/week
    Trenbolone enanthate - 200mg/week
    Winstrol (oral) - 20mg ED
    Arimidex - 0.5mg EOD

    I plan on running this for 8 weeks. The shorter duration is mostly dictated by my travel commitments.

    First cycle
    Test E 500mg/week
    Oxymethalone 100mg ED (first 6 weeks only)
    Arimidex 0.5mg EOD

    Duration for this was 13 weeks.

    Background & Info
    I started my first cycle in Nov 2013. Ran it for 13 weeks. Got massive acne breakout on my back. Did my PCT and recovery was A-OK. My test levels were back to normal (780 ng/dl) post-PCT.

    Did my bloodwork before the current cycle and everything was fine except for Total T (we don't have Free T tests here) was 1250 ng/dl! Still went ahead with my cycle. My goal is basically to put on muscle without much fat gain (surprise!).

    I should also point out that after my hCG was done, I lost about 15 lbs - a lot of it muscle - in 7 weeks! Seems like my body was unwilling to hold on to the muscle that I had built. I had brought down my caloric intake from 2700 cals per day while on cycle to 2000 post-cycle in efforts to cut down BF.

    What help I need
    1. In my rush to start, I took advice from a friend who has been cycling for 10+ years and added Sustanon to my stack instead of another testosterone ester. I've been reading up on it and seems like Sustanon isn't the best option. Should I increase the dosage of Sust or just replace it with propionate?
    2. Can anyone explain what's going on with my weight? If I increase, I start putting on too much fat and if I decrease I lose too much muscle. I'm left very confused.
    3. Any idea why my testosterone was so high post-PCT?

    I think your Sustanon dose is low, Sustanon also has Test prop so it needs to be taken frequently and also it has long esters which will take time to kick-in knowing that you want a short cycle, the way i did it was 4 shots per week (eod) but that was in my 6+ cycle (i don't remember exactly), so for you and since this is your 2nd cycle i recommend that you change the Sustanon and go for Test Prop since you seek short cycle.

    Adding the Tren for a 2nd cycle is not recommended.
    For me i start the adex at 0.25 mg eod and adjust if needed.

    No caber added for tren? I wouldnt do tren second cycle anyways.

    The reason I started tren was based on a cutting/lean bulk cycle that I saw in the book Anabolics and on this website. I want to be ready for summer because when I move to he US all my buddies there will be competing and I don't want to be the only one who looks out of shape.

    Thanks, Shadeed. I'll switch from sustanon to propionate. And I'll reduce adex to 0.25 mg EOD.

    Hi there! I dont understand this phrase, after HCG, you mean during PCT?

    Hey!
    My weight gain was steady until I was taking hCG. As soon as I stopped (still on my PCT with Nolva and Clomid) I started dropping weight. From that point until this week (7 weeks in total) I've dropped 15 lbs.

    I would be interested to see what your nutrition plan looks like? Likely that is the reason for the weight loss and the fat gain you wanted to reduce from your cycle. You should never rush into a cycle. If you do not have the time to do it properly just wait and if you really want to run an 8 week cycle shorter esters would be a better idea. Tren for your second cycle I would not advise either. Test prop for 8 weeks alone with ai and hcg with the proper pct is all you need coupled with the right nutrition plan

    Nutrition:
    While I was on cycle I my macros were 200-250C, 70F, 300P. Off cycle I was doing 170C, 40F, 230P.

    Current cycle:
    I've already purchased Tren so can't let it go to waste. I'm going to try it for a couple of weeks and see how it goes.

    I've made some changes to my cycle. It looks like this now:

    Test propionate - 100mg EOD
    Trenbolone acetate - 75mg EOD
    Winstrol (oral) - 40mg ED
    Arimidex - 0.25mg EOD

    Your first 3-4 cycle should be test only
    And ur rushing to get it done....be carefully tren is a beast don't f?!ck yourself
    Stay with test u can control your acne better too
    Also after cycle u will lose 1/3-2/3 of your gain
    Especially if u don't feed the new muscle enough

    The statement in bold screams out to me as to why you lost the weight.
