I'm not tryin to get big I'm a sprinter, and the 1iu was a starting dose then I went to 3iu , plus I was feeling really weak because of sprinting all day long my hands were shaking and my legs are really weak (and the doctors here in canada are refusing to give me hGH or IGF-1 tests)
I read a lot about sprinting effects on hGH:
There are researches that says sprinting for only 30s can raise hGH by 540%
And since I sprint all day I think my GH is depleted that's why My height growth was veeery slow in the last 2-3 years.
