The answer lies in Clen beating the effects of Estrogen. Estrogen protects our muscles from damage which is bad for bodybuilders. Clen says F you to Estrogen and catabolizes the muscle ie damages it. As soon as the Clen leaves guess what happens to that muscle group? GH like a big dog to heal your scared muscles. Clen dose has to be HIGH and we are talking over the 120mcg range.
You are not lifting heavier weights but you can train harder that muscle group and see the added ++ results from it. This is a cyclic approach. Clen has a 36 hour life in your body so if you take it M-W it is out on Friday noon and you have Sat and Sunday for that body group to heal. Next week move to another body group. Rotate through all your muscle groups and start over. This is the synergy and the true use of Clen in BB. Dorian has a book that dedicates chapters to this concept. Shows him losing the lean beef and the non lean mass then blowing all the heck up when the Clen is out of the body and the GH are at work.
As far as can you do more.... it is a stimulant. Are you going to shave time off your mile time? Most likely no.
