We all should know by now that more frequent eating does NOT increase ones metabolic rate, and therefore consumes no more calories during the digestive process than eating less frequently.
So I am interested in learning about the overall average of pinning T. Does simply pinning more frequently produce less E?
I'd be interested in seeing the data that supports that claim.
