Marcus, I believe training a bodypart more than you would reguarly for a short period, then the body will overcompensate. Many people claim to have gained a lot from Smolov's squat program, at least.
Perhaps you are right and it is best to wait with cycle. If I am not on cycle - I will not pursue the Smolov Squat Program. Then I would train legs 2 times a week maybe add in a light session extra every second week and add in some cardio so I am in good cardiovaskular condition for when I eventually can get back on.
And if I don't cycle now then I could maybe save up to add GH to my next cycle.
Which also would be good for my shoulder!![]()
