My schedule has been crazy. Too many double shifts and now I am sick. Needless to say, an interruption.
No real significant weight loss. Disappointing but I also have not worked out 3 weeks. That is unusual but work is consuming. It's easier to be consistent when schedule is consistent.
Last week increased t3 dosage to 75 mcg (bc too hard to split 50 mg into thirds). I do notice internal warming and am holding @ 75. Still have a slight rash :/
Clen dosage was 60. 40 in am and 20 at 11 am. However I did not take the keto consistently - my bad!!! I would have increased clen dosage but my hand shakes were 'noticeable' and bc of work circumstances, this was the wrong 2 weeks to be messing with trembling hands. (And I do not like clen for this very reason).
Hoping to be feeling better soon and get my booty back to the gym. I miss my workouts. I am planning to go tomorrow - if I feel better or not!!!
Now entering the last 3 weeks of this pointless cycle. Pointless because I wasn't able to incorporate workouts and diet is not on point.
I am not recommending running clen for 8 weeks. I find I am having to increase dosage with little impact. Somedays I did not take clen split dose until 3 pm and didnt impact my sleep cycle.
I haven't noticed muscle wasting. I still notice the internal temp increase but to lesser degree. I am at 100 mcg this week so yes I did adjust to the higher dosage in the last week.
plan to run this cycle and re evaluate for next cycle after have thyroid function checked.
