I guess the smallest amount that puts you above your normal levels, for some that could technically be 100 mg. For me 150 would result in me crashing to well below 400 total t levels.

Yep sounds about right. I've gone down to 160 and managed to survive, but even at 180 is kind of meh.

Damn guys. 70mg's x 2 per week puts me between 1400-1500 on Labcorp's 348 - 1197 range. 1436 to be exact as of two weeks ago. Goes to show how different we all respond.
