Thanks buddy. Yeah, my body was screaming at me for food. I felt great and satiated yesterday.

I posted a pic in the member's section to gauge my body fat, but I'm not sure how much traffic it'll get there. Anyone have any guesses on my body fat? I'm going to recalculate my TDEE.

2 sets bodyweight squats (1 with dry bar)
    Quad stretches
Calves-2w/u, Work1-8-5-3, drop, Work2-11. Last 3 were super slow negatives
    Leg press-2 w/u, Work-5-3-1.5 (new weight)
Power thrust-1 w/u, Work-8-3-1 Going as low as I can on these...bumping the bottom stops.
    Hack squats-Work-5-3-1

No Jefferson squats today...very sore and maybe a little tired. Took a little long,..58 minutes..Stretched hams, quads, and lower back a good bit. Muscles seem really tight today.

Holy ****! Just murdered my quads, quads only because I got started on my hamstrings and everything shut down and locked up on my feel set of seated leg curls. Sitting in my car now in a position that doesn't cause a cramp wondering how I'm gonna drive home with everything quivering.

It must have been a good day because by the time I hit the leg press nothing was feeling heavy enough so after reping out my normal working weight pretty easy I ended up going a plate and a 25 each side over my normal working weight repped to 8 with a little RP thrown in.

Guess ill have to catch the hamstrings later in the week. Probably on back day.

ouch! Chest bis and tris today. I need to get more volume in on my chest. Arms are pumping up like crazy, chest not so much. Need to throw in some incline And or decline I suppose.

Great session though. Time to feed

    Question regarding my first blast.

My next appointment is going to be early August. Going by feel, I believe I'm dialed in. If anything a bit more test, but I'm not going to push it. I feel great, and not requiring an ai at 150mg/wk.

So here's the blast question:should I run an 8-10 week prop cycle? Or keep it to a long ester for first Blast? I don't want to go huge, I was thinking 400mg of cyp or 350 prop.

    Thoughts?

If you're ready, then personally, I am a big fan of short esters for many reasons. But it will all come down to how comfortable you feel with ED or EOD injections.

Currently I'm injecting hcg daily. So frequency wouldn't be an issue.

I'm more worried about pip with the prop. I'll have to go ugl obviously, so that's probably my largest concern

This is true. I've been using prop for so long now, it doesn't affect me anymore.

It might not be too bad if you do 1/2cc ED (50mg). I highly recommend pressure cooking your gear as well.

Had an AWESOME back workout yesterday after taking 2 days off of lifting due to a tight neck.
Was thinking about only doing cardio today because the back workout was so good yesterday but I didn't, I went ahead and did legs.

BEST Leg workout in a long long time!
Did HIT Dorian Yates style, new PR's across the board - Didn't think I could go that heavy very pleased with myself, left it all at the gym.
Tomorrow is definitely a rest day.

    Hey Black!
I have a thread over in the Lab section - I'm asking Q's about pressure cooking, could you shed some light on the subject for me?
I'm going to do that this week and will be joining the dark side Sunday! I'm finally ready

    Thanks~

UGL only. Pharm grade I wouldn't worry about. Kind of do it as a 'just incase' to further sterilize the vial/compound.

.....and hello NSAIDS. The only body part that isn't beat down right now is my arms. Plan to stretch when I get home in the morning and then....rest.

400mgs of test e or cyp will be fine for your first blast, a long ester will be better because it will self taper rather than the prop were you may feel a drop in hormones, also if its ugl prop can be painful.

Had some coffee in my morning shake pre workout and it sent me in another world. Couple that with my own intensity and it was a excellent workout. Shoulder are on fire and my main concentration was on side delts. Pre exhaust HIT no advanced protocols simple hard and intense.

    RC warm ups
single side laterals on machine -4 sets
cable side laterals, from behind the body -2 sets
shoulder press -smith machine -2 sets
rear delts - machine -4 sets
shrugs - 3 sets with one rest pause

Just plain old simple workout to failure, didn't really go beyond failure but concentrated on the burn and contraction of the muscle.

Thanks! I am lagging a lot in the shoulder department, especially the side. I think I tore my labrum years ago and it didn't heal all that good so I have some trouble with my right shoulder some.

ive trouble with my left cuff, its really bad but I just pre exhaust my delts and make the best out of what I can with the compound movements. Once I get it stretched and warmed up and in a certain groove I can still get some power out

Did legs this morning. I work out at 6. Get up about 5 and eat , drink some coffee and off I go. Did not understand the benefits of HIT until I was on trt and have gotten a bit stronger. Now I train to Failure the right way. In any case I am dropping body fat for the Summer. I didn't use to think HIT would work for while cutting....boy was I wrong

Leg extension 2 feel sets 2 work sets
Leg press 2 feel sets 1 work till failure then three drop sets
3 sets of body weight squats
Leg curl 2 feel sets 1 work set
Calf raises 3 sets of 20 reps.

    Burning .....legs felt like rubber

Feeling nice and full today even though carbs were down a bit for my off day. Plus I saw that there's an NPC show about an hour away from me on Saturday with Branch warren and his wife guest posing. May have to take a field trip when I get off work Saturday. The underwear shot was from my final photos in the transformation challenge last year for comparison to now.

So much bigger and fuller Dp! Keep it up.

Now, if you have the chance go to that show, if nothing more than to see Branch guest pose, GO! If you've never seen someone like that in person it will shock you. Worth the drive. Very motivational.

Thanks Kel! The old photo was me at just over 160, weighed in a few days ago at 188. Pretty proud of my work for 5'5 and 0 cycle history thus far.

That's for sure Kel. Just the thought of seeing him has me pumped. He was and still is a motivator for me because he's a shorter guy (5'8 I believe), but with a listed stage weight around 240 just amazes me!
