Can you run Win and Anavar at teh same time?

I do Winstrol injections and I was thinking anavar oral but the liver worries me out so I'll better finish the cycle with win by itself and the tren and test I have been doing, But now I have another question if after the cylce and the pct is completed , Can I run anavar oral with out test to improve the looks ? or is not a good idea
