IMO you should def read "the youn and steroids" a couple more times... As this will for sure damage ur Enfocrine system which is on fire at 20 like IronBudda states above... Also, Lovbytes knows his Sh-- as I agree as I too, stated above! Research and research some more... By any means I'm not sayin I know everything as I'm learning ed still as one should!
