Yeah, i did one mg of long r3 igf-1, and I injected pecs and traps and i saw a difference in my traps, not pecs though. Im not positive if it works better on smaller muscle groups or what, but that was my experience. I also developed this new striation in my trap that is only on my right side, i have never had that before, and im trying to figure out if it is from the IGF or if it had already been there, but now my trap is a little bigger, so it is more noticeable.......not sure. Anyway (off topic) i did use that 1mg of IGF and saw very minor gains besides what i explained in my traps. Weight didnt change, fat loss not any different than any other year, BUT I did run it solo as a bridge between cycles (I must say that post cycle losses weren't very drastic at all), so i am just now starting back up with a mild AAS cycle (sus, winny, and a little dbol) so hopefully i will see some of those amazing gains that I've heard about on here and musclechem.Originally Posted by Big Worm
