No but I was lead to believe say 14 days streight you only consume 1800-2000 cals of high protein low carbs & fats that once every 14 days it can be wise to up the calerie's to say 4000 for that day of high carbs, high fats and the same amount of protein so focus on getting in the carbs and fats that day which can aid in fat loss and muscle growth & repair when you go back to your 2 weeks of strict dieting again. I guess it's like a shock on the body???
