why wouldn't you just put a band aid on it, ice the knee, and keep it elevated for a couple of days til the swelling went down? and then take it easy til the twisted knee pain subsided?

it's a strange comment you made. Just because this is an AAS board doesn't mean the answer is always AAS.

im injured right now with a fractured pinky

if u injured recently then ice would help with swelling

if it;s not too recent and certain amount of days have passed then use warm almost hot water


cool (ice) for recent (it just happened) injuries

heat (warm gel packs heating pads) for it happened a while ago injuries like 3-5 or even 5-7 days ago

that;s the widely accepted general rule
