This is what I am working with for the past week while running a cycle and prefer to remain with same food types unless I need to either bump or remove Line Item(s) from this diet. I actually duplicated this diet from an article and following it. Maybe someone can review for good measures. Meals are in that particular order:
-20g whey shake in water / 3 whole eggs / plain bagel with jelly
-8oz low-fat cottage cheese / 1oz mixed nuts
-8oz lean beef / two slices whole wheat bread / salad with red vinegar/oil
-pre-workout
20g of whey / apple
-post workout
20g whey / 20g of casein / 32oz Gatorade
-8oz Salmon / 1 cup of steamed veggies
-40g Casein / 2 tablespoons of peanut butter
