Did you get any other test done such as E2? How much of it is being converted to estrogen? Maybe you need to up your AI but you wont know without the right blood work.

Estrogen conversion will only make a small impact on test levels (less than 10% conversion). If he were converting enough Test to E2 or DHT to account for those pitiful numbers, he would be some sort of biological anomaly and would be experiencing insane side effects.
