There is no clear answer to your question. Just like everything else, results and side effects affect every individual differently. Even if the majority feel a certain way, it doesn't mean you will.

I think there are so many factors to consider here and as BallSak said above the answer will vary from individual to individual. In my view, age is a major factor to consider and for others your past history, e.g. drugs, steroid abuse, trauma. A guy on TRT in his thirties will have a very different response than a guy in his sixties, like myself. Most men in their twenties can "release" - as you put it - and 15 minutes later be ready to go at it again. I'm sure some of you can remember nights where you screwed so many times in one night, you lost count. I can. But those days are gone. A body accumulates some miles (or experiences difficulties) and just can't do the things it used to - no matter TRT or what great physical shape it's in. And I haven't heard of anyone on TRT that can do all night marathons like that - although maybe there are some out there. And what does it matter? We live in the now. In my view, worrying about minutiae and degrees of "horniness" is not a useful way to spend ones time. What does one accomplish by it?
I don't want to be severe or make less of your concerns but I think not only are your worries terribly unproductive but I also think they border on the ungrateful. TRT has given you - all of us - a new life. Think about how blessed you are compared to how you were before you began; all the ways you life has improved. Hell, I'd like my erections to be harder and sometimes I wish I could have sex multiple times in one night, but I have to be realistic. And I have to realize - as do you - that I can't fight time or Mother Nature, or for others, years of self abuse and serious mistakes. TRT never promised anyone perfection. Just an incredibly improved quality life. Do you think you could think about this more?
