Best thing you can do is to spend most of your time in the Diet and nutrition center and training section. You have to have a solid base before considering doing aas.

Not hating bro but something is not working right in your diet and training regime. 5 years? I dont think you are taking it very seriously if its been that long. Keep reading and get some on to teach you how to train.

Nope, it isn't that I'm not taking it seriously. It probably is my diet but seeing as how I'm a broke college student I am not going to have a spot on diet. I chalk it up to shitty genetics and painfully slow development...
