    Isn't the definition of bad for your health something that shortens your lifespan?

    I don't believe it will shorten my lifespan. I said it would be worth it even if it did.

    TRT plus occasional low dose cycles shouldn't be a big risk as long as I get regular blood work to make sure everything's in check.
