I found a good dr. However the only problem i have is he gave me anastrolze and wants me to take it 1 mg 3 times a week. I take 250 iu hcg 3x week and 200 test broken up into 2 100 shots a week. My last bloodtest showed estradiol at 40. Thats a high amount of anastrolze correct?

Yes way too high try .25 2x per week then retest, or better yet lower your test. down so you can lower or eliminate the AI all together, all of this based on blood work and how you feel of course.

Exactly this ^^^.

First, standard estradiol is the incorrect test to obtain. It's geared to women and men fall at the bottom of the bell curve where the test is just not sensitive enough to give accurate readings. That said, a sensitive E2 assay usually comes in lower than estradiol. Treating based on estradiol readings alone can lead to an over use of AI's where often times none is needed at all. Doc's choose this test either due to lack of knowledge or because it's way cheaper than E2 Sens.

No i def have estrogen symptoms. And i fluctuate alot if i dont use an AI. I get alot of bloat and extreme tiredness and very nasty. I tried doing only 100 Test a week but that only kept me in the 400's. 200 test a week keeps at 900 to 1000.


My last bloodtest without an AI my estradiol was climbing to the 90's i tell these docs to check sensitive but they dont. I have been using ARR liquidstane, it has brought me from 90 to 40. I have never used a pharm AI before.

Im 6ft3 260 and would say im not super lean or obese

I am on one 200mg shot of test weekly and recently started experiencing high e symptoms. Some bloat but mainly nipples are bothering me. My doc prescribed me 3mg of anastrozole to be taken the day after I inject because the 2mg still had me with these symptoms. I will get bloods taken next week to see where I sit but I was at 39. I will be following along to see how your treatment works out. Please keep us updated. This seems to be a hot topic lately.

You should read the other about estrogen voodoo. 39 isnt bad at all. And the nipple thing is a rise in libido. However your doc might think with that amount T and HCG it wouldnt crash your E
