Doesn't matter. You're still carrying too much body fat to cycle anything. It's great you've brought the bf down, but keep training naturally. You do NOT need steroids at 21 and with a body fat over 20% your risks of peripheral artery disease, embolisms, elevated serum estrogen, prostate enlargement, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, and hypercholesterolemia are significant.
