Blood work results need advice please

As posted before I am new and looking for advice. Have had a bad year and was time to get back to the gym. I've been given alot of advice on this forum so I decided to do have blood work done to see where I stand. We'll here it is could use some advice on what I should do next. I have a app. On the 21st with doc to review blood work. After researching here it sounds like most general prac. Dr's don't know how to administer a proper protocol. Just looking for some guidance.

Forgive me if I am wrong, I am not trying to be rude, but are you overweight? What are your stats? You have high cholesterol, A1C is high, and Test is low, these are all common in obese people. These are also common in those with diabetes. If you have diabetes it is common for your A1C to be high and for your Test to be low.

44 5'9 270. Definitely have to loose some weight. Went through a bitter divorce and really let myself go over the last 9 months. Currently signed up with 3J s and they are going to help with diet and workout program. I came to the forum looking to get steroids to get buff and back in the game. Instead I learned so much about AAS' s that I know I need to get diet and bf% down before I'd even think about a cycle. Not on TRT. I did a cycle a year ago under the guidance of the local gym guru. 250mg test and tren every 3.5 days. No AI no HCG and no pct. He really didn't advise me to we'll and I didn't educate like I should have.
I feel really bad that's why I went for blood work to see if something was wrong

Agree with Ranger. Also look further into your thyroid. TSH shows in range but the range is out dated quite honestly. Anything over 2 should be looked at further. I'd suggest running FT3, FT4, RT3 and antibodies. That will give you a much better look at it. Hypothyroid causes hypogonadism. BW should also include LH & FSH as well as cortisol and prolactin. LH & FSH will show pituitary function to help determine where the problem lies (there or your testicals.) Cortisol and Prolactin can also impact testosterone. There's an example of BW in the HRT Forums Finding A Doc Sticky.

And never, ever listen to gym buddies again!
