Heavy training can reduce the immune system for a short period if during that time.you caught a virus or a bacteria or whatever, you feel sick and you are sick.

It may also be totally unrelated to the training.
Being sick reduce the capacity to recover of a training so you feel more sore than usual, cause your sick.
Intense training arent the cause of your sickness or most of us would be sick 365 days a year!
Eat carbs your glycogen will be full again you wont look flat.(like if you had lose muscle mass)
Stop any lactose, sodium to reduce the bloating.
And get better. Thats it...

Stop being a ****ing *****, you are sick thats it, stop crying and deal.with it. You can't access that you are losing strengh or mass or fat in less than 2 days! WHAT THE ****!!
