Tapering AI

Hi all, I have just finished my last week of a 10 week test e cycle (500mg). My last bottle actually ran out at the end of week 9... I still have a brand new bottle of prop which I plan to run at 100mg EOD for the next 3 weeks to keep me in an anabolic state and prevent wasting muscle before PCT.

I have been taking 0.5mg arimidex EOD since my first pin. I have heard of people tapering their adex dose down during the last couple weeks of their cycles. Any tips on this?

I just read that you should taper off letro but I'm not sure how it is with the adex.

Drop the DAA. It raises Prolactin too much and will not make a difference in pct. Also why ralox and not tamox? It is the weakest serm as far and stimulating the release of LH and FSH. Tmox , IMO would be a better choice with clomid. I dont think you need to taper your ai but whatever, Are you planning on taking it right up to pct? I suppose if you are you could take it at your regular dose half the time between your last injection to pct and the other half right up to pct take it at half dose but I dont know how yu could accurately taper. It would be guesswork and I really dont see it as necessary.
