Ur good on BP. How far into cycle are u? Any pre-workout supps? Just becarefull if u hit 140 for ur top reading, also a nurse once told me its the bottom number that is the more important.... Im not a DR or a nurse, But from ive heard 137/78 isnt alarming. Just keep close eye and good lookin out for urself. Its the little things like BP that turn into big problems down the road.
