Looking at the label (here), I honestly don't see how any of those ingredients would do anything with respect to muscle retention. In fact, they wouldn't do much of anything at all at the quantities shown.

    Just a couple of examples:

    - Pregnenlone is at 5mg. I wouldn't bother with that unless it was 50 to 100 mg daily.

    - EGCG is at 150mg. Unless specified, this is usually total extract, not actual EGCG, which would be < 75mg in fact at most. You need 600mg daily at least for decent benefits, none of which are muscle retention.

    - Resveratrol is at 25mg. This does nothing, even at 100mg.

    - Alpha-GPC at 125mg. Studies show that humans and rats didn't see any progress at these doses. 1200mg+ to see any benefit and it's mostly negligible.

    - Fadogia agrestis dose is odd. Just seems random. Studies have shown this useful for premature ejaculation concerns and also note damage to lipids.

Anyway, the rest of the ingredients are par for the course above. I don't know what else to say about this except there is no way scientifically possible for this compound to help with muscle retention, whatsoever. You're probably just doing a better job eating post cycle, than you have in the past, and that's why your results are better. Retaining muscle (to a degree) is not difficult for the experienced. Unless of course you've passed your natural ability.

I really had no intention of bursting any bubbles here. Just an honest overview of some of the ingredients that I'm very experienced with.

At any rate, I'm glad to hear your cycle results are good and retained.

Thanks for the honest feedback Austintine. I really am not 100% sure why I've managed to keep nearly all of my gains, which is why I was hoping to get feedback from someone else who has tried it. Guess it's not that popular among the members here. Whatever the cause, I'm very happy with my kept gains, and I plan on continuing the BRIDGE until I run out this month.

    Cheers!
