    Check your iron, it seems most women are low in iron and that can make you tired of course.

    You might start by just trying a good multi vitamin, one a day and see if that helps. Dont go all out crazy on the vitamins, minerals and xyz like me. I have a cabinet full.

    Good point.

    Some of the ppl who have the most vitamins are not always the healthiest amongst us.
