Hey everyone,new member here.
Seems like a ton of great info on here i've read already.
Currently 198 lbs, 5' 11'' and 30 years old.
Currently all natural,have only used prohormones and the like,have been lifting for a good 6 years with about a year and half break due to a mild shoulder injury.
Have been back in lifting consistently every morning 5-6 days a week now.
