I'm relatively new to this myself. All I can say is research research research and more research. I relied on a friend and my source for guidance in my first cycle. Big mistake. My use to be source was more concerned about money and my friend didn't know as much as I thought he did. Luckily everything turned out good. When I first started I had no idea how complex this is. Give it some time and you'll understand all of the stuff that use to be Greek.lol
