25 years old. 155 lbs. 5'8''. 11-12% BF.
I have been training on and off for about 8 years now and feel that my nutrition/knowledge on how to lift are pretty on point. I also have friends that have juiced and some things they say contradict what I often read online, so I pose these questions to you.
I have read these claims online in steroid profiles about people that have used Dianabol alone to put on 25 lbs and keep most of it. I wouldn't expect anything like that - but if I could gain 15 and keep even 10 after pct I would be happy with it. I would have no problem pinning if I knew that a 10 week cycle of test Cypionate or Enenthate alone would produce better results. I know it is the belief of many that a test only cycle should be the first cycle for anyone. As of right now I feel like I want to do something like this:
20mg Dbol daily for 6 weeks.
.25 mg Arimidex EoD.
Nolvadex ran the day after last administration of Dbol for 4 weeks at 40/20/20/20.
HCG - Not sure what dose what be appropriate or if it is even necessary for Dbol only cycle.
If someone could tell me if this is fine or what should be changed it would be appreciated. I am open to adding test to the mix as well if anyone has suggestions for that. I am also not going to start until I have put on 5 or 10 more lbs naturally as I have been as big as 165lbs before when I eat more and train regularly. I am a little light right now as I have been working a lot and not eating enough.
edit: I have read all the stickies on this website and many others. I'm more or less looking for testimonies from people who have used Dbol alone and had positive or negative experiences to share about it. Thanks!
