Thread: Clenbuterol Question

    Clenbuterol Question

After a few guys urged me not to begin using AAS too young, I have decided to wait a few years and put myself in the best possible position for that. I'd also like to thank you all for not allowing me to make the mistake of starting at a young age.

With that being said, I have another question. I am 19 years old, 5'11, 175, around 17-18% bf. I have been training for 2 and a half years, but I have been training for about two months. I already had quite a bit of muscle, but also a lot of fat. With the help of a nutritionist, I have gotten my diet on point and started living and breathing nutrition. I have already started to notice results of a calorie deficit and I can see myself losing fat and my muscles are looking more defined.

I have read from multiple other threads that, since Clenbuterol doesn't affect hormone levels in any way, it can be taken at almost any age if one follows a serious diet and training plan. Is this true? Is 19 too young to use Clenbuterol? I fully understand the side effects as well as the potential for heart issues. I am also planning on (if you all tell me it's safe) supplementing with taurine and extra potassium.

    Thanks in advance!

If your training and diet are on point and you've done a couple cutting phases already then you'll be fine. Clen adds an extra layer of difficulty to manage when dieting so I'd only recommend it if you have a dialed-in grasp on how to run an effective cut. If you follow the proper protocol and dosage for clen use, you'll be good. I started using it at 20 with no long term side effects afterwards.

Any suggestion on if I should change my workout schedule? I am lifting 5 days a week, and doing cardio twice a week. I have also noticed when in a calorie deficit, my muscles seem to recover slower, assuming that's due to less nutrients than they demand. Will this be even more pronounced when taking Clen?

Clen will give you some ridiculous sides and you will burn about 100 calories a day from using .....idk, not really worth for the bf you ate at.

Would you suggest holding off until I reduce my body fat even more? What should my target be before Clen is an option?

I would def hold off and try to get down to the low teens and stay there. See how close you can get then post up your diet in the nutrition section and we will see what can be tweaked further.
