4. INTENSITY IMO is key... People ask how can you take 30 seconds or less In between complete sets especially if I'm super setting(back to back no rest/30s or less then get back at it!)...(i.e.; I do push pull method... Chest/back(Mon. & Thur.)/Bi's & Tri's together(Tues. Fri.)/Shoulders & Legs(Wed. Sat.) off Sunday... My basic breakdown.
