    Serge Nubret Diet

Serge nubret is my favorite bodybuilder of all time. I'm trying to emulate his physique as much as I can. But, his diet was far from conventional. I listened to his audio interview and he said he would eat 6-9lbs of horse meat in one sitting every day! anyone here have a crazy diet like that? I feel like I'll never reach his physique with my 2lbs of Protein a day.

I absolutely love that era of bodybuilding but trying to emulate someone else and there diet will leave you disappointed. That much red meat is ridiculous and it will not make you look any closer to Serge. Your genetics, training and diet will determine what you will look like. Aspire to be the best you!

Exactly ......we all have our favorites and it is truly interesting to see how they became who they are ....I am a huge Arnold fan but guess what? Not going to happen. If you you try to emulate then you will truly never appreciate/like who you are and if you can't like yourself ....then its tough to like anyone else.
