is this an abscess? (pic)

Shot 250mg of test e (first injection second cycle) in my delt. I was kinda flimsy aspirating and moved my needle around. Monday I was fine, Tuesday there was a shit load of pain and I got a fever, Wednesday there was less pain and less fever, Thursday no fever a tiny bit of pain.

Throughout the week it moved from my shoulder to in between bicep/tricep, then went to upper bicep and today u can see it at the mid/lower bicep

Do you think this is an abscess or oil trapped under skin? Should I wait a few more days to see a doc?

That happened to my buddy he told them he was injecting B12. Worked for him, may work for you.

If it is and abscess, you would have a fever (over 38 C) and a palpable, hotter than the rest of the body mass. An abscess is an infection. I am not saying that it is or it isnt, just saying that the safest way to tell is the fever (if you are otherwise healthy etc).

How do antitetanic serum injections work in your country? Can you do it a pharmacy without a prescription? Because that are also IM and can be justified by a cut or something similar.
