Need some help with respect2 small claim court of appeal

Hey fellows...I need some legal help with respect to small court claim....some dude won a case against me...The judge is asking me to pay him $562 including court & filing fees......I don't want to....I believe I have better argument to make against that dude.....

I was advise I could appeal the case if I want to.....Now the question is if I appeal the case....and I did not win.....would the amount I was asked to pay go up than $562????

Yes you would have more court fees. To lodge an appeal costs money.

Every state has a what is referred to "Rules of Civil Procedure" or a set of procedures that Lawyers and Civilians must follow (like a rule book for playing the corrupt game of law).

In most states, a judge will not LISTEN to an appeal, unless there was evidence that was not available to you during the trial. SO, the only way to appeal is to come up with New Evidence that wasn't available or some witness that wasn't available during the trial period. ETc.

IMO, let it go. You lost only a few bucks. Pay the fine and chaulk it up as a lesson learned. The courts are all F##KIN corrupt. Its more aggravation that its worth.

My question, was the other guy right? Did you owe him, even if it was not that much?

If its yes PLEASE just pay up, learn a lesson and move on.
