Yea I've always prided myself on being able to go parallel or deeper. As for my knees, I always point my toes outward which pretty much forces my knees outward. I have very good mobility and therefore have always been able to squat flat footed unlike many. I was experimenting with different stances the other day and the wider I went, the less I felt it in my knees? Basically Im always fine for the first few sets of squats, but around the 4th set they really start bothering me. It's almost like a pressure buildup. Stretching them out helps somewhat.

I ordered a pair of knee sleeves the other day so I'm hoping they will be able to offer some relief.
