HCG usage

Is it a problem that I started it at 500iu?
I had a guy who runs Growth told me to inject 500iu on Monday and Thursday.
My question is mainly how often to inject.
I have read so many articles on dosage and times of use, but this is where I learned everything from my beginning years ago, so I figured someone here would guide me where I need to be. I have never taken HCG before. This is a first time for me.

Its in the past but from here on out 250 ius twice a week right up until 3 days prior to pct.
