Hey brother, yeah I hear ya... In my case it's staying asleep... I have no probs w/falling asleep(even w/my clonezapam)... But hey I'm on right now, but defo need to rest my body this afternoon! My energy is obviously up... But still very important to get that rest(especially for your CNS) need a Deload wk here soon...

Not sure how generous your doc is, but they make an extended release ambien. Might be worth looking in to since you have issues staying asleep rather than getting there.

Yeah Ive tried the ambien(no luck) but Trazadone has helped in the past... So I'm gonna go see my GP and get some to have on hand... I can easily get em but usually don't have the prob off. But defo a good idea for these kinds of nights...
