I will be educating myself today by reading all the stickies
but if you can give me some answers even if they might be found in the stickies than pls do
so some back story to why I want to do steroids
im 34
I had 2 surgeries recently - bone graft from my hip to my jaw to place some implants and a big surgery on my knee - acl reconstruction using parts of my hamstring , 1 meniscus stitched up and the other meniscus trimmed
I did the pt but the leg on which I had the acl and bonegraft done feels weak
I want to get this thing strong again
I was never into body building but I was (and still am) into martial arts especially the functional ones like boxing ,mt or bjj
atm I only go to a normal gym and do an interval 2day program 5 times a week (with lighter weights since I haven't done anything in 4 or 5 months other than pt, I basically just started working out like a week ago)
and supplement it with some swimming for more mobility on the leg
I know a guy at another gym that im cool with who did take steroids and told me that he can get me some if I needed
he suggested something called deka (which is guess would be deka-durabolin from some skimming of the forum) + test (which im guessing would be testosterone)
so my questions are:
what steroids would be best for getting post surgery limb into good condition + loosing some fat a bit faster than with normal starving and cardio
is there anything I should be doing before steroids? I saw lots of threads about pct which I would guess would be post cycle therapy , how does that work and do they very depending on what steroids do I have to take ?
also do I need a prescription to get pct pills and would a doctor prescribe them to me if I told him I took steroids?
and finally how much will I have to spend on all of this - I know that the guy that I will most likely be getting this from can be scammy , I don't mind to tip him for this since nothings free but I don't want to pay 3x the price either and look like a sucker
anyway thx for all who will take their time and read this
sry for grammar but English is not my 1st language
again thx for reading/posting and have a great day
