can i train legs yet?

Snapped my tib and fib 7 months ago. Been diagnosed with low BMD, had my anual infusion 2 months ago to treat my low BMD.

Am just wondering would it be sweet to train legs now at a low weight? I did 2 sets of leg press the other day at 95kg... my knee starts to get sore where the screws are, should i strap it or??

That's something you should ask your dr.

But if you're having pain, it's either too soon or too heavy too soon.

Yeah I think anyone who would advise you to do anything other than consult your doctor would be foolish.

You probably need xrays to see if it's healed properly.

Probably not until you get over 25 or 50 post. I know it's possible to find there but have no idea where especially since I have not been there for a few years. I think it should be easy to order from China or ??? since there is not restriction sending to Ph. There use to be a member who lived there on the forum but I have not heard from him in a couple of years even when I PM him.
