Weighing chicken raw or cooked? I've been weighing cooked and didn't know if it makes that big of a difference.
Sweet Potatoes. Just implemented these into my diet. Yes I'm late, just acquired a taste for them again. I weigh them uncooked. Are you supposed to eat the skin? Do you peel them before you weigh. Or eat the skin. What's your technique? Thanks
