I really dont feel the energy difference on it, it's not like when you take caffeine where you "feel" it. So i guess it only makes energy difference when you are already deficient

Anybody think b12 is worth it? it's $30/month (this doesn't exactly fall under price talk, but if needed I'll edit)
Keep in mind that is actually $45...they charge $15 per medication shipping as well. I verified already that this will apply to the B12....

Hahaha I'm sure it would. I'm not flexible AT ALL! The reason why my legs hurt so bad is because I've had to really pick and choose my excercises due to really fvcked up knees. I've torn the meniscus in both. I can't do any leg curls at all... Can't even scoot my car seat up using my legs.

This week I decided to train with my sis and another trainer that competes. I did some new exercises I've never done before and was able to go really heavy. My knee doesn't hurt which is nice but my legs are beyond sore. I can't even work properly lmao

@ DCI…my doctor suggested I not lift now, but do a minimum of 45 min of cardio EOD. he wants my body to utilize the fat stores via cardio and 800 cal daily. Physician specializes in weight loss. he claims my body will use the fat eventually. ????? counter to what forum believes. IDK

Hope you regain your flexibility ASAP, GGR! . When the lower body and back is all geeked up, things just don't go well.

Seems like I recall you spun out/slid in some ice during a chase, Haz. Is this still giving you problems?

Ahh so this is the big boys room then is it ?

Well I'm training hard, twice a day, compound movement in the morning and a lot of isolation reps in the evening, same body part per day. Doing 11 mile a day road bike cardio. Diet is spot on, carb cycling. My goal to be 200lb 5% for this comp, then I think I better work on my weak points ( pecs quads ). Well keep it up guys, it's a motivating thread.

Marcus, hope you ok man :-)

Think Clarky spoke w/ him via email last week and the big guy is still busy w/ work. I heard from him a couple of weeks ago and he sounded like he is almost ready to jump back into his lifting and tear it a new "arse-hole", but has been very busy with work and a project or two.

Chest/bicept day yesterday. It was supposed to be leg day but I'm headed to vegas this afternoon and I don't wanna be hobbling around the strip.

    DB inclines
    DB alternating curls
    cable flies
    Hammer rope curls
    BB flat bench
    Reverse grip cable curls
    Pec Deck

It was a rather long volume workout but I don't feel so bad using it as an excuse to postpone legs till tomorrow so I can enjoy vegas tonight

I did those Ido curls yesterday with a barbell facing the incline bench with lighter weight holding the contraction at the top. It was the last lift and boy it set my bi's on fire with my spotter helping me force 5-8 more reps after I failed
