Id say 1mg of the pt141 and 15-20mgs of the cia. Take them a while before game time so they can kick in. The pt takes like 5-7 hrs to kick in and the cia it depends but it kicks in faster than that. Maybe take it like 2 hrs before.

some have issues with upset stomach 1st time with pt141.. so do the cialis 6hrs pre play time..
when everyone is exhausted, and falling asleep, do 1mg pt141.. that way you won't feel anything, and when you wake in the morning or middle of the night you are the "Love Doctor"...

Good mentioning the pt-141 upset stomach, thats what I was going to bring up. Less is better until you get use to it.
Ive been where you are. Make sure to pay more attention to the wife and re assure Ber after that the other person is only a toy more or less. After my wife was assured of that then there was never a problem.

Ok. I'll hit the cialis. About how much? It's liquid from vender. Never used it. Deff pay more attention to wife. But those 2 girls get along so good and doesn't seem to have any jealousy.

Stick to the recommended 5-10 mg. More is not better and can cause headaches. I do like the pt-141 makes you feel like you are 14 with wood that happens for no reason. LoL. Just give it a test run first and I suggest .5cc to start or less.
Doesn't matter how well they get along, once you are in the mix it all changes. Let you wife direct everything. Even if the other lady suggest something look to the wife for approval.

Just used small dose cialis. While thing lasted about 3 hours. Round 2 a few hours ago. Lasted an hour. Gonna try ipt with wife tonight.
