So great advice from this forum and good info in the threads I'm going to do my first cycle which will be:
Test E only - 10 weeks
Liver protection just as a precaution - milk thistle and NAC
Glucosamine
Omega 3 fish oil
Animal Pak - bcaas/minerals/vitamins
Beetroot extract
Animal cuts - week 9 onwards
Nolva & clomid - start 2 weeks after last jab
Thanks to some great info on here I've managed to find a place in Manchester to get blood work done pre and post cycle too, so I'll be doing that 2 weeks before I start my cycle.
My question is this:
What is the minimum dosage I can do per week to still get some gains,would 400 per week be enough for my first cycle?
I just don't want to get too big and balloon.
