Seeing that you are about 24yrs old, my guess is you haven't run enough cycles to be able to handle running 2 19nors at the same time.
Seeing that you asked whether you can leads me to believe that you shouldn't.

What would be your reasoning behind wanting to run two 19 nors? The guys that do aren't novices and they have specific goals in mind and enough knowledge to deal with the sides.

Can you, yes. Should you probably not. I would suggest you don't. But if you decide to anyways use a low dose of both that would equal a moderate dose of one. Also I would highly recommend caber especially if dose is not low. *note( I experienced low sex drive and anorgasmia when using just DECA, even on a moderate dose of test)

I have done it with 1mg of caber a week and didn't have any issues. I won't do it again though because tren is only in my cutting cycles and deca is in my bulking.
With that said, my tren days are over after my last experience
