I have a question...so no gyno but sorta having little fat pockets to left of each nipple. Is this prolactin?
If it is prolactin...and currently having it...will prami help in taking it away?

Sounds like gyno to me.
It could be prolactin induced gyno.
Are you lactating?
What is your cycle including AI and DA?
So my cycle is Test E 250mg/ml @750mg per week for 12 weeks/EQ 200mg/ml @ 600mg per week for 12 weeks/Tren A 100mg/ml @ 100mg ED for 10*** weeksOriginally Posted by The Deadlifting Dog

PCT-Nolva 40/40/40/40/40/40/40 x2 weeks
20/20/20/20/20/20/20 x2 weeks
I'm not lactating. There's no knot anywhere. I'm not sore it's fatty to the left of my left nipple and to the right of my right nipple.
I guess I'm confused with what exactly prolactin is...is it when you nipple actually oozes white stuff? If that's the case then no I don't have that.
If you have a lump then you need to have blood work.
You should use both nolva and clomid for PCT.
Get some prami or caber and run it with tren. Prami actually will help you sleep if you have trensomnia as well and just help you feel over all better. Sometimes Tren can be nasty.
Prolactin is a hormone responsible for milk production and breast growth in women.Originally Posted by OKCity
19nors like deca and tren can raise prolactin especially if estrogen is not controlled.
Hence the reason for the use of an AI and a DA.
Lactation is the oozing of liquid from your nipples that is caused by prolactin.
Gyno is lumps formed by tissue growth from elevated estrogen.
Since you have lumps but no fluid I would reckon you have elevated estrogen.
I am no expert by any means but I would guess you have the beginning stages of gyno.
I believe the problem stems from the fact that you are running a very serious cycle.
700mg of tren is not for novices.
I would hang tight until a more experienced vet chimes in.
Also read Austinite's sticky on estrogen, prolactin, progesterone, and gyno.
I also shouldn't have said prolactin induced gyno in my earlier post.
Prolactin causes lactation and estrogen causes gyno.
You don't want to be lactating then it's too late... Your aware - I believe your converting more test to estrogen thus thinking your AI isn't dosed right, get BW b4 changing the dose - if you don't pull bloods(there will be no way of truly knowing what's going on in there - until you pull bloods I'd start prami right away(I'm guessing but I'm betting your E2 is high which in return prolactin is going to follow your E2 (if elevated it will elevate, if E2 is dialed in then you probly wouldn't need prami) hence why one should add one compound at a time(& 750mgs test isn't sm on top of 700mgs of Tren - that's equal 4250mgs of test wkly!(anabolic/androgenic ratio)
Ok prolactin does not cause gyno e2 does. You say fat pockets so it's fat if it was gyno they would be lumps you should pull bloods just to make sure as we can only go on what you tell us and your not sure youreslf.
How far are you in to this cycle ??
Ok fellas thanks for all the replies. I should make note that was a typo. I'm actually only taking 50 mg a day so 350mg a week NOT 700.
As I stated, it's not lumps nor am I lactating. It's like fatty pockets.
So there is no lumps. Anywhere.
I'm 5 weeks into this cycle.
I'll get BW done tomorrow.
You have made that "mistype" in at least two threads now.Originally Posted by OKCity
You're right. I have. Thanks for pointing that out. Often times people and vets ask for your cycle. So i typed in my notes on my iPhone and just copy and paste it. But since have changed it. So there's no reason for quotations...it was an honest typo.Originally Posted by The Deadlifting Dog
