needle keeps shooting ba water too fast

I'm reconstituting my GH and every time I use my 23g needle and insert the ba water in the vial it just shoots it all at once. I was told you have to gently shoot it down the side of the vial... Is this messing up my GH also how do I stop the pressure from draining the needle right away

Must be a vacuum in the vial. Either that you a pushing the bac water to fast and yes run it down the sides like you do with your hcg.
If it is a vacuum in the vial just take out 1-2ml of air before you put your bac water in.
