Check what each drug's manufacturer has to say about the health effects of its products. I did some digging around a while back and found that various testosterones were shown to thicken the wall between the ventricle chambers. Of course, that was in folks who exercised "vigorously" (probably weightlifters), and I beleive that even natural bodybuilders have enlarged hearts, and it's a healthy thing (at least for them).

You can get a list of which drugs do result in enlarged hearts and which don't, but another question you have to ask is, "Is the enlarged heart the result of the drug or the result of extra exercise, and is it healthy or not?"
