ITTP (myo-inositol trispyrophosphate) is injected into race horses & greyhounds to release more oxygen under physical demands. It works well, but the genuine material is extremely expensive. You'll see it sold rather cheaply as a supplement, but the supplement version is bogus & not the same molecule...
