Any of you guys ever use butter & paprika on your chicken? Smoked or regular us pretty good - but lately I've been using Italian seasoning/& a little southwestern style seasoning(w/I can't believe it's not butter) - pretty damn good for baking it(just don't over cook it)

@ AG, see if you can find old bay too (it's a seasoning native to Maryland meant for use on blue crabs). You can order it on line if your local market doesn't have it. It's the bomb.com with a little EVOO. I sometimes use a jalapeƱo flavored EVOO as well with it witch kicks ass.

What a night..... I sweat so badly last night that the gf woke me up to tell me lol. I was mad as hell she woke me up but I had to lay towels down on the bed and change my boxers.
Today is back and tri's for me. My legs are sore from yesterday's epic workout and they're hard as rock. Bout to eat oatmeal and eggs..... Then after I digest I'm going to give my back hell.

But this is what I used to do either oven or on a grill.
Wrap fish, spinach, chopped bell peppers, one jalapeƱo, fresh cilantro, lemon pepper, and a half lemon...wrap all in tin foil. Stick in oven or on grill for 10 or so mins depending on yours.

Why not very low dose tren with test? Tren's something that works great even at low doses. I've no clue why many guys on the forum run the amount of it that they do. No wonder they feel like shit. My last batch of tren A was something like 76 mg per ml. Half cc of that (do the math) eod (actually M-W-F) and it's awesome. Great results, little sides. Way too many guys in the Q & A run cycles far larger than their bodies require, imnsfho.
Know this, very low dose Tren is being studied as a form of TRT. Imagine that.

I'm with Kel on the tren thing. 50mg tren a rod gives amazing results. Though I have to eat way in excess of tdee just to maintain weight. I think it's a great recomp compound with higher test. Makes me horny as hell at that dose too and no unpleasant sides.Originally Posted by NACH3
